High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a common condition in which the force of the blood against your artery walls is high enough that it may eventually cause health problems, such as heart disease
Usually, hypertension is defined as blood pressure above 130/80 and is considered severe if it is above 180/120.
High blood pressure often has no symptoms. Over time, if untreated, high blood pressure can cause health conditions, such as heart disease and stroke.
Eating a healthier diet with less salt, exercising regularly, and taking medications can help lower blood pressure.
